10th Grade Civics Job Shadowing - (DUE LAST DAY OF 3RD MARKING PERIOD - 3/29)
INSTRUCTIONS: Identify a job/company that you would like to observe for a day (shadow). Contact that company/person and schedule a day to shadow. (This will be an EXCUSED absence from school). You MUST turn in your Job Shadow Registration & Parent Permission Form PRIOR to your day of shadowing to Mr. Wislosky or your day will not be excused. You must bring back something tangible from the person you shadowed (business card, letter-head, etc.).
To participate in a job shadow, students agree to:
1. Return the Registration/Parent Permission Form to Mr. Wislosky prior to the day I shadow
2. Complete all assignments for classes I will miss during my day of job shadowing
3. Arrange for my transportation to and from the job shadow
4. Return completed assignment to Mr. Wislosky
5. Write a Thank You note or e-mail to my job shadow supervisor
